The combined experience of our team has been built through years of working with some of the industry’s most dynamic destinations, convention bureaus, and event suppliers. Co-Founder, Hamish Reid, brings nearly 30 years of senior-level experience in destination representation, MICE sales and business events, spanning both consultancy and client-side roles, with deep expertise in the international association market. His career has been defined by supporting national and city destinations to strengthen market positioning, increase competitiveness, and deliver measurable results across highly contested global business events markets.

Hamish served for almost a decade as the Manager of Europe for Dubai Business Events. During this period, he worked closely with international agencies, corporate buyers and association planners, and Dubai-based stakeholders to grow global market share across priority sectors.

In addition, Hamish has represented and overseen activities in Europe for a broad portfolio of leading destinations, including Vienna Convention Bureau, Costa Rica, Tokyo Business Events, Visit Jersey, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, and New York Tourism & Conventions.

His expertise lies in translating strategic priorities into compelling value propositions, underpinned by robust sales strategies.

Beyond his destination roles, Hamish has been an active leader within the global meetings industry. He served on the SITE Foundation Board of Trustees from 2017 to 2024 and was Global President in 2023, contributing to the advancement of research, education and professional development within the incentive travel sector worldwide.
